Delta Hotel Philadelphia Airport

Staff was very friendly and were always available at the front desk when needed. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. My room looked very modern and the bed was very comfy. Room had everything expected for a typical hotel room.

My 9 year old child and I spent 1 night at the Delta. First of all, I loved the fact that an email was sent giving us instructions and information on our booking. The hotel is very modern and clean which was a huge plus. We selected a queen bedroom which was quite comfortable. We didnt have any instructions on the TV but my son found a YouTube movie. We had tea facilties but there was no bottled water as I am accustomed to at the hotels in Jamaica. However when I went to buy water, a kind guest told me where to find the purified water distiller in the lobby.

The facilities which were there in the hotel were good and well maintained. Generally the staff were very good - through there was no one in thefront desk when I checked out at 5:30AM in the morning. The rooms were good, spacious and airy.

I loved mostly the shuttle driver the lady that drove me to the airport she was so nice and polite i loved everything the location the starbuck the lounge the fitness ,the only thing i despised was they put me on the 11 floor other guest was making they kids so much noise at 2 am and i could not rest not mention the cry of dogs for that kinda money i should been treated better then that the houskeeper dint bother to even knock and ask if i need anything plus the garbage not changed for that u need to catch one of them on the floor and ask for toiletry or towels the lights in the room was flickering and basically was that ...oh yea no room service ... for a Marriot and again is not a cheap hotel and was not refundable .
