Was surprised at how big the room was. Bed was comfy. Got TV, mini fridge. Everything you'd need. My favourite thing was access to the Delta Pantry. Was a nice bonus coming late after a concert and being able to grab some free food from the pantry as opposed to vending machine snacks. Good for free quick breakfast too before check out.

The staff early morning g before Levi g were so accommodating. My daughter had gotten sick the night before and thrown up and they helped by getting clean towels, housekeeping gave us bags for the road and we will able to got to pantry room foe crackers and soda.

The delta club was very convenient for snacks. Our flight was canceled and we arrived at 11:15 at night. The restaurant was closed and we were hungry. There is a free shuttle to the airport. We Ubered there but took the shuttle back in the morning. Shuttle staff were very friendly.

Cleanliness and ease of the facility. The female driver on the morning shuttle on 2/27 was sooo nice and friendly, would highly recommend that service. The front desk staff was helpful and answered all of my questions about options for food nearby and the shuttle times, very nice.

Staff was very friendly and were always available at the front desk when needed. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. My room looked very modern and the bed was very comfy. Room had everything expected for a typical hotel room.

My 9 year old child and I spent 1 night at the Delta. First of all, I loved the fact that an email was sent giving us instructions and information on our booking. The hotel is very modern and clean which was a huge plus. We selected a queen bedroom which was quite comfortable. We didnt have any instructions on the TV but my son found a YouTube movie. We had tea facilties but there was no bottled water as I am accustomed to at the hotels in Jamaica. However when I went to buy water, a kind guest told me where to find the purified water distiller in the lobby.

Location The shuttle driver in the morning. If you’re lucky enough to have Pam drive you to the airport, you’ll be impressed by her professionalism and kindness. And, she’s super service-oriented and really kind. Actually, she made the whole night stay a win…my son and I were canceled and had to rebook air tix the next am and that’s why we were at Delta. Thank you, Pam!!!

The facilities which were there in the hotel were good and well maintained. Generally the staff were very good - through there was no one in thefront desk when I checked out at 5:30AM in the morning. The rooms were good, spacious and airy.

The staff and the driver for the shuttle service were knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was engaged with the customers and provided tips on what shops were close to the hotel. Great lady full of joy and positivity. She represents the company well.
